In short: go to Settings → School timetable, choose the child, create a new timetable, and add subjects with times for each day of the week.
Before you start
If you have access to several family members, choose the child in the user picker at the top first. You can have several named timetables per child, but only one can be active at a time — the active one is what shows up in the day overview.
Step by step
- Go to Settings → School timetable
Choose the child in the user picker at the top.
- Click “New schedule” and name it
For example “Schedule A” or “Autumn”, if you have several timetables that alternate.
- Add lessons for each day of the week
Name, icon, and start/end time for every lesson, Monday to Sunday.
- Save, and set the timetable to active
Only one timetable can be active per child — it automatically switches off the others.

Good advice
- Use several named timetables. Instead of editing back and forth, if the timetable really alternates between two fixed patterns.
- Print a physical copy. Handy as a backup for the bag or the noticeboard.
- Save as you go. The navigation guard will warn you, but it's still easier to save before switching pages.
If the timetable isn't showing
Check these two things:
- Is the timetable set to active for the child?
- Are you logged in with the account the timetable was created under?
