These terms apply to using Morgenrutine at webapp.morgenrutine.dk and in the iOS app.
This page is a translation of the Danish terms. In case of any discrepancy between this translation and the original, the Danish version at morgenrutine.dk/vilkaar/ governs.
1. Parties and scope
These terms form the agreement between you and Jakob Kvist Softwareudvikling, company registration no. (CVR) DK43534929 (referred to as "we"/"us"), for your access to and use of Morgenrutine — the web app at webapp.morgenrutine.dk and the iOS app — for planning routines and family activities.
2. Creating an account
You must be of legal age to create a Morgenrutine account. The account is created by an adult, who is responsible for the family members added and for keeping login details confidential.
3. Subscription and pricing
- Personal — free. All features for one person; no other people in the family.
- Family — €9 per month outside Denmark, 69 DKK per month in Denmark. The price is per household and includes VAT.
- Payment is charged monthly in advance via the chosen payment method.
4. Right of withdrawal
If you buy a subscription as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the agreement is entered into, under Danish consumer law (forbrugeraftaleloven). To withdraw, let us know before the deadline expires, for example by emailing support@morgenrutine.dk. If you’ve already used the subscription during the withdrawal period, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the part of the period you’ve used from the refund.
5. Cancellation
The subscription can be cancelled at any time, effective from the next billing period. On cancellation the account switches to Personal; content isn’t automatically deleted.
6. Price changes
We may change the price of the subscription. Price increases are announced to existing subscribers with reasonable notice before they take effect, for example by email or an in-app message. Continuing to use the service after a price change takes effect is treated as acceptance of the new price.
7. Your content
You retain the rights to the content you create. We only obtain the usage rights necessary to operate the service.
8. Acceptable use
The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, to attempt unauthorised access to others’ data, or to place an unreasonable load on operations.
9. Availability and changes
We aim for high uptime, but may carry out planned maintenance. Features may evolve and change over time.
10. Limitation of liability
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you’ve paid for the subscription in the preceding 12 months. We’re not liable for indirect losses, including loss of business, loss of data, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Morgenrutine is a planning tool — we can’t be held responsible for appointments, schedules, or other obligations that remain your own responsibility to keep. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited under Danish law.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes that can’t be resolved amicably are settled by the court in Aarhus, Denmark.
