These terms apply to using Morgenrutine at webapp.morgenrutine.dk and in the iOS app.
1. Parties and scope
Who enters into the agreement, and what the service covers: access to the web app and iOS app for planning routines and family activities.
2. Creating an account
The account is created by an adult, who is responsible for the family members added and for keeping login details confidential.
3. Subscription and pricing
- Free plan — one daily routine and one family member.
- Family — €9 per month outside Denmark, 69 DKK per month in Denmark. The price is per household and includes VAT.
- Payment is charged monthly in advance via the chosen payment method.
4. Right of withdrawal
State the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases of digital services, and how it’s exercised.
5. Cancellation
The subscription can be cancelled at any time, effective from the next billing period. On cancellation the account switches to the free plan; content isn’t automatically deleted.
6. Price changes
Notice given for price increases, and when they take effect for existing subscribers.
7. Your content
You retain the rights to the content you create. We only obtain the usage rights necessary to operate the service.
8. Acceptable use
The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, to attempt unauthorised access to others’ data, or to place an unreasonable load on operations.
9. Availability and changes
We aim for high uptime, but may carry out planned maintenance. Features may evolve and change over time.
10. Limitation of liability
Describe the limitation of liability within the bounds of the law, including that the service is a planning tool and doesn’t replace the user’s own responsibility for appointments and schedules.
11. Governing law and disputes
Danish law and venue.
