Every appointment. Every family member. One overview.
Doctor visits, parent meetings, birthdays — they rarely land at fixed times, but the whole family still needs to see them. Appointments shows each family member's upcoming events in their own column, with location and an optional reminder.

From appointment to overview in three steps
- Create the appointment
Choose a date, time, and which family member it applies to. Add a location if you like — search an address, or pick one of the family's saved addresses.
- Add a reminder
Tick “Send notification” to get a push message and/or email as the time approaches.
- Approve changes from Google Calendar
If you're connected to Google Calendar, external changes show up as a yellow banner right on the appointment — approve or dismiss with one click.
Appointments live on their own
By keeping one-off appointments separate from recurring routines and from driving, you avoid mixing several kinds of planning together. The column view makes it quick to compare what's happening for each family member on the same day.
- One column per family member — easy overview across the family
- Location and optional reminder on every appointment
- Appointments kept separate from routines and driving, so nothing gets mixed up
Your calendar. Not two.
Already have a calendar full of appointments? Connect Google Calendar, and your own appointments sync both ways — no double entry, and nothing changes until you've approved it.
- Two-way sync of your own appointments
- Changes from Google require your approval before they take effect
- See private appointments alongside routines and driving
- Disconnect at any time under Account
The integration covers your own appointments created in Morgenrutine — not automatically everything in an existing calendar. It's personal and connects your own account; the family's shared data in Morgenrutine is still governed by the group. Web app only.
