2. What information do we process?
- Account details — name and email of the adult who creates the account.
- Family members — names and any birth dates of the people added as group members.
- Content you create — routines, activities, appointments, chores, homework, timetable, and notes.
- Payment details — handled by our payment provider; we don’t store card numbers.
- Technical information — device type, browser, and log data for operations and troubleshooting.
3. Information about children
Describe here that the account is created and administered by an adult, that children’s information is only used to show their own routines and plans, and that it’s never used for marketing or shared with third parties for that purpose.
4. Purpose and legal basis
Specify for each category what the purpose is (delivering the service, support, payment, operations and security), and which legal basis under the GDPR applies — typically performance of a contract, legitimate interest, or consent.
5. Sharing with third parties
List the data processors the service uses: hosting, database, email delivery, payment provider, and analytics. For each, state the purpose and location, and whether data is transferred outside the EU/EEA and on what basis.
6. Retention period
How long data is kept while the account is active, and what happens after cancellation or deletion — including any period before final deletion from backups.
7. Your rights
- The right to access the information we process about you.
- The right to correct inaccurate information.
- The right to delete your account and your data.
- The right to data portability — an export of your content.
