Not everything has to happen at a set time.
The bin needs taking out, the rabbit needs feeding, the room needs tidying — but not necessarily at 4:32pm. Chores gives the family a place for jobs that just need doing sometime during the day, visible and ready to link to pocket money.

From task to done — again and again
- Create the chore
Give it a name — “take out the bin”, “tidy the room” — without tying it to a set time.
- Link it to pocket money if you like
Choose whether the chore pays out, and whether it's added to the balance automatically or only after your approval.
- Your child checks it off
The chore moves to a “done today” section and automatically returns ready for next time — unlimited number of times.
Flexible enough for a busy day
By separating chores from time-bound routines, no artificial time gets forced onto tasks that really just need to happen sometime during the day.
- No artificial times on tasks that just need to happen during the day
- Repeats without limit, never disappears from view
- Can be paid — with or without a parent's approval
- Visible to the whole family in the day overview
Pocket money that connects to the chores
Every paid chore automatically adds an amount to the child's balance, either straight away or after your approval. The child sees their savings grow and can set a goal — you just mark the payout when the real money changes hands.
- Balance and history, visible to the child, controlled by the parent
- Savings goals with a progress bar
- Optional leaderboard between siblings, without showing amounts
- You decide how and when the real money is exchanged

About chores & pocket money
A routine is time-bound — it sits at a set time every day. A chore has no date or time; it just needs doing sometime during the day.
No. The app only tracks a digital balance. The physical payout happens outside the app, and you mark it afterwards.
Only activity — the number of completed chores or streaks. Never amounts, and it's turned off by default.
