In short: go to Driving, click “Add trip”, choose a from/to address, mode of transport, and driver, and save.
Before you start
Save the family's fixed addresses under Settings → Addresses first — they show up as a shortcut every time you create a trip. Link an address to routines that have a fixed place, so it's suggested automatically as a stop.
Step by step
- Open Driving
See today's trips as a timeline, sorted by departure time.
- Click “Add trip”
If the family has routines with a linked address that day, they're suggested as shortcuts for the from and to address.
- Choose a mode of transport
Travel time is calculated automatically, but can always be corrected manually.
- Choose a driver and passengers
Leave the driver empty if it isn't agreed yet — the trip then shows up red for the whole family.
- Save
Add an optional note, like “remember milk on the way”, and save the trip.

Good advice
- Link a routine to a driving trip. Then the routine “knows” it has transport attached.
- Use the week view. Click “Week” for a 7-day overview of driving, with the option to jump to a day's details.
- Anyone can edit. Edit with the pencil icon or delete with the bin icon — not only whoever created the trip.
If a trip is missing a driver
The trip shows up red for the whole family until one of you signs up as the driver. Click the trip, and choose yourself under “Driver”. Still having trouble? Write to us.
