In short: go to Week plan to see the week's routines and driving for every family member in one grid — no separate setup needed.
Before you start
The week plan automatically shows the routines and driving trips you've already created. The more you've set up in Routines and Driving, the fuller the week plan looks.
Step by step
- Go to Week plan
See the whole current week as a grid — one column per day, with all family members' routines gathered together.
- Navigate between weeks
Use the week navigator at the top to go to the previous or next week.
- Choose who should be shown
Click a person's chip below the navigator to hide or show just that person in the grid.
- Print, if you want it on paper
Click the printer icon — the page switches automatically to a clean, print-friendly view with the week number and dates.

Good advice
- Check the week plan on Sunday evening. See whether the week looks sensible before it starts.
- Hide family members and print separately. Handy if you'd rather a child not have to navigate the whole family's schedule.
- Edit directly from the week plan. Click the pencil icon next to a routine to edit it without leaving the page.
If the week looks wrong
Check these two things:
- Is the routine assigned to the right family member, and is the day marked in its repetition pattern?
- Have you hidden the person with a chip, so their routines aren't currently showing?
